Despite all of the leadership development work done to date, there is no single approach that has proven to be the quintessential blueprint for successful leadership, nor the challenges it brings. With Integra, you will learn three highly practical frameworks that you will then integrate and aim to live out each day. The frameworks are not meant as simplistic tools that suggest leading is easy. Rather, they are offered as lenses through which you evaluate your thoughts, words, and actions each day to determine whether you are serving as the leader you desire to be. Integra sets the bar high and challenges you to continually improve as a business person and leader.

The Values Workbook focuses on the values by which you want to live, which only you can determine. We explore a framework that offers eight counterintuitive behaviors that characterize leadership at its best.

The Signal Model Workbook focuses on your business skills. This workbook will introduce you to our second framework, the Signal Model, which focuses on the top drivers that can derail a business and what to do about them.

The Leadership Choices Workbook focuses on how your leadership skills are exercised in decision-making. We will look at seven Leadership Choices that will challenge you to overcome the most frequent tendencies that limit your leadership effectiveness.
